Appetizers
AVAILABLE AT 4 P.M.Grande Nachos - Deep fried corn tortillas smothered with taco meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Served with salsa and sour cream.
Hot Wings - Six wings served with carrot and celery stixs and home made blue cheese dressing.
Jalapeno Peppers - Five poppers filled with cream cheese, served with choice of source cream or ranch.
Onion Straws - Served with horseradish sauce.
Shrimp Cocktail - Five large cocktail shrimp served with lemon and cocktail sauce.

Dinner Salad - served with choice of dressing.
Caeser Salad - Romaine lettuce home-made croutons, tossed with Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
House Salad - Mix of romaine and iceberg lettuce, onion, tomato, boiled eggs, bacon, home-made croutons, and blue cheese dressing.
Balsamic Salad - Blend of iceberg and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, black olives, red onion, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese tossed with balsamic vinegar dressing.
Taco Salad - Lean ground beef cooked up with Mexican spices on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes served in a tortilla bowl along with salsa and sour cream.
Salad Dressings: Gibby's dressings are home-made. Balsamic, Italian, Ranch, French, Thousand Island, Poppy Seed, Blue Cheese and Honey Mustard

Surf and Turf - 8 oz. Tender Loin with a 4 oz. Baked Lobster Tail.
Filet Mignon - Tender Loin Steak hand cut 8 oz. charred to your perfection.
T-Bone - 12 oz. charred to perfection and topped with sauted mushrooms.
Jack Daniel's Ribeye - 12 oz. charred to perfection, brushed with a home-made Jack Daniel's sauce and topped with Julienne fried sweet potatoes.
New York Strip K.C. Style - 10 oz. coated in Cajun spices, charred to perfection and topped with home-made crab salad.
Prime Rib - 13 oz. charred to perfection with horseradish sauce on the side.
